Taja has been happily involved in real estate for over 23 years. Through many transactions, she has become an expert negotiator who gets her buyers the best deals and has broken price records representing sellers. A firm believer in information and education, Taja delivers hands-on guidance to every client to make them comfortable with the process they are about to undergo. Her strong work ethic is apparent, and her involvement spans from the first stage of the transaction to the closing and beyond. Taja comes from a long line of real estate owners and investors, which inspired her own success in the business. Her mother is an accomplished broker, and her father a renowned chef – fueling her passion for both industries. While brokering real estate for over two decades, Taja has also owned several well-recognized award-winning restaurants, creating the menu, decor, and concept; plus she has offered interior design services to express her passion for décor, design, and style.
With extensive bi-coastal experience in the New York City, Hamptons, and Miami, Taja is extremely knowledgeable of each city’s unique neighborhoods and shares her insight with sincere passion. She also has years of experience in new construction and preconstruction purchases. Taja has lived, bought and invested in every part of NYC, and understands the delicacy, emotional, and financial aspects of a purchase.

Taja loves food and entertaining and is a huge Yankees fan who loves to go to games with her husband, former Yankee David Cone, and their son Sammy.
