Tamara "Tammy" Dorman has built her career on relationships, trust, and a genuine passion for helping people navigate one of life's most important decisions. A Southern California native and graduate of the University of Southern California, Tammy brings more than two decades of experience representing buyers and sellers in the luxury residential real estate market throughout Los Angeles and Orange County.

She began her real estate career in 2001 in Los Angeles, where she quickly earned a reputation for exceptional client service, professionalism, and skilled negotiation. Throughout her career, she has represented discerning clients from the entertainment, sports, business, and legal communities, many of whom have become lifelong clients and friends.

Known for her calm demeanor, attention to detail, and unwavering integrity, Tammy approaches every transaction with one guiding principle: her clients' best interests always come first. She understands that buying or selling a home is more than a financial transaction—it's a deeply personal milestone—and she takes pride in providing thoughtful guidance, honest advice, and a seamless experience from beginning to end. After relocating to Orange County, Tammy joined COMPASS, where she continues to serve buyers and sellers throughout Coastal Orange County.

In 2021, Tammy co-founded BĀBEN, a California luxury swimwear brand, with her daughter, Hanna. As Co-Founder, she oversees the company's operations, finance, and business development while helping grow the brand into a successful lifestyle business.

As BĀBEN continued to grow, Tammy made the strategic decision to join the Gary Boisen Team at COMPASS, allowing her to continue pursuing both of her professional passions. The partnership gives her clients the added strength, market expertise, and resources of one of Coastal Orange County's premier luxury real estate teams while maintaining the personalized service and trusted relationships that have defined her career.

A lifelong passion for interior design further complements Tammy's real estate expertise. After studying at the Interior Designers Institute in Newport Beach, she developed a trained eye for architecture, design, and presentation, helping clients maximize a home's potential whether preparing it for market or envisioning its possibilities.
