TJ is an Island of Palm Beach waterfront property specialist with decades of experience. She is a true native South Floridian (of the Gold Coast) and a longstanding Town of Palm Beach resident, as a "Palm Beacher" with a rare expertise and passion for historic properties. Previously, she has personally developed and restored/rehabbed mega-million-dollar select residential, commercial, mixed-use, office, retail, hotel/hospitality, and Brownfield sites, as well as historic Brownfield buildings. Originally licensed as a real estate salesperson in 1988, TJ quickly made a name for herself on the Island of "Old Palm Beach." Her first significant transaction was selling diet drink SilmFast to billionaire/philanthropist Danny Abraham, his first Palm Beach Biltmore condominium, and a commercial deal to move his Thompson Medical company from New York into the WPB high-rise Esperanté Bldg. She was then later out of the real estate business for some years, as far as she did not work directly with the public in real estate sales, while handling her own varied real estate ventures, projects, developments, and other endeavors—but she is back!

TJ has been at the epicenter of two different proposed Palm Beach real estate reality TV show pilot productions in 2024-23 and 2018-17, one entitled "Property Queens," both intended for a network primetime slot. 

When she is not focusing on real estate, TJ is a traditionally published and national award-winning author of three nonfiction French Quarter and New Orleans-based books, and a producer and director. She is a longstanding member of the Producers Guild of America (PGA), Directors Guild of America (DGA), Writers Guild of America East (WGAE), Screen Actors Guild-America Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA), Dramatists Guild (DG), Academy of Television Arts and Sciences ("Television Academy"/ATAS), Actor's Equity Association (AE) Authors Guild (AG), Dramatists Guild (DG), Screen Actors Guild (SAG), and other professional guilds and organizations. Her sweeping saga, The Pearly Gates of Purgatory series (a 15-novel phenomenon), is nearing completion for publication and screen adaptation, and the character-rich story is set in Palm Beach, New Orleans, and Dallas. Previously, TJ maintained a second part-time residence in the French Quarter for many years, both pre- and post-Hurricane Katrina, including owning and restoring a freestanding historic 1800s home on Bourbon Street. She is uniquely credentialed to serve the noticeable trend of Californians (and those connected to the entertainment industry) relocating to Palm Beach, i.e., an influx of West Coast Buyers that is a shift from the traditional New York and Northeast Buyer Base. 

A great animal lover, TJ has had a menagerie of large and small family dogs since the day she was born. Currently, she has a Coton de Tulear (Zuzu Marigny Laveau), a former black alley cat (Mykonos Momabasa "Micki Boo), and two parakeets (Tulip and Kringle). Lastly, she adopted an off-the-track-Thoroughbred rescue (Gabriel Balthazar Believer's War). Ex-racehorse Believer is a "companion horse" who is not ridden, i.e., he's a giant Labrador in a horse's body.

TJ divides her time between Palm Beach Island and the Palm City/Stuart area (horse country!), and New Orleans.
