TJ has been at the epicenter of two different proposed Palm Beach real estate reality TV show pilot productions in 2024-23 and 2018-17, one entitled "Property Queens," both intended for a network primetime slot.
When she is not focusing on real estate, TJ is a traditionally published award-winning author of French Quarter and New Orleans-based books, and a producer and director. She is a longtime member of Producers Guild of America (PGA), Directors Guild of America (DGA), Writers Guild of America (WGA), National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (NATAS), Authors Guild (AG), Dramatists Guild (DG), Screen Actors Guild (SAG), and other professional guilds and organizations. Her sweeping saga The Pearly Gates of Purgatory Series (a 15-book phenomenon) is nearing completion for publication and screen adaption, and the character-rich story is set in Palm Beach, New Orleans and Dallas.
