Before she became a Realtor, Tamara built a professional foundation in finance. She worked in institutional fixed-income sales specializing in mortgage-backed securities, gaining an in-depth understanding of how mortgage markets, underwriting, and financing decisions shape real estate transactions. She later practiced law in California, where careful analysis, ethical responsibility, and attention to detail were essential. Those experiences continue to influence the way she represents buyers and sellers today.

While many agents focus primarily on marketing homes or negotiating offers, Tamara approaches every transaction as a trusted advisor. She believes clients deserve clear information, thoughtful guidance, and someone willing to ask informed questions before issues become expensive surprises.

She performs extensive research before making recommendations, documents important decisions, develops customized transaction timelines for every client, and maintains consistent communication from the first consultation through closing. On more than one occasion, when lenders’ underwriters denied financing late in the process, she recognized alternative lending solutions that ultimately helped her clients complete their purchase.
