"We had the great pleasure of working with Nicole Shields and Tami Courtney from CRI Real Estate Services for our recent relocation to the Houston area. My husband has worked for Sysco Foods for 35 years and this was our 7th relocation move so we were experienced home buyers needing the knowledge and expertise of a Houston area realtor team to find that perfect home for us. From our initial communication until the day we arrived at our new home, Tami and Nicole has been that team to make this move a special one. Nicole and Tami have high standards for themselves and so that was reflected in how they practiced as realtors and made sure their clients have the best experience possible. We left our trip with a potential home which ended up being under contract so Tami and Nicole were up early Monday morning scouring the MLS! Their dedication that day got us a FaceTime showing, a contract written by the 3pm deadline and an accepted bid. This duo made it happen because they had the knowledge and skills needed to get the deal done. Purchasing a home in the current market was a challenge and we had to be prepared to be one of multiple offers and be willing to compromise if needed. My husband and I had never been in a situation like this so we were so grateful to have Nicole’s and Tami’s knowledge of today’s market for buyers, the strong contract writing skills to put us at the top of the list of multiple offers and for us to win the bid! After our offer was accepted things went very smooth. Being out of state buyers wasn’t an issue for us because of Nicole and Tami. They took care of everything and made sure they worried about things, not us. They handled the inspections, referrals, additional contractors and anything that came up. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor team to handle our home purchase for our relocation. They provided and still continue to provide A+ service at all times.
