"Tami helped me both buy a coop and help me rent out my old one. I used her twice because I was completely satisfied with her work the first time, and couldn't imagine using anyone else. She was thorough, helped me with the board package, responsive, honest and easy to work with. The purchase had some issues from the sellers side, and she worked with them, and pushed for whatever was in my best interest. She didn't push me to see apartments that weren't right for me. She didn't waste my time. For the apartment I rented, she had a choice of two renters, and picked the one that she felt would be the easiest for me to work with in the future.
