Tammi McElroy

Tammi McElroy is an accomplished real estate professional whose career in the industry started in New York City in 2002. For over a decade she worked as a residential sales and rental agent, specializing in international relocation at two of the top firms in Manhattan. Tammi’s experience in both sales and rentals provides her with extensive market knowledge and enables her to effectively price and market properties.

Tammi grew up in Boston before attending Hunter College in New York, where she double-majored and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and media studies. Prior to beginning a career in real estate, she spent more than ten years in human resources and television production at NBC Studios at 30 Rockefeller Plaza. Her work with the timely demands of the set, crew, and on-air talent has given her insight to successfully meet deadlines and to comfortably engage with a wide spectrum of personalities.

Sellers looking for an agent who can provide a strategic marketing plan for their home will not only benefit from Tammi’s sales experience but also from her continuing educational studies of Direct and Interactive Marketing at New York University (NYU). Her ability to strategically price and market properties often leads to competing offers; she is relentless in exceeding the expectations of her clients throughout the home buying and selling process.

Tammi’s hobbies and interests include photography and video; she is an active member of Boston’s large community of photographers.  Her photos have been featured on Boston 25 News and, most recently, one of her photos was selected by IGersBoston for gallery exhibit and silent auction at the Fairmount Copley Plaza Hotel to benefit Transition , a non-profit organization located in Cambridge that is committed to breaking the cycle of domestic violence. She is an avid reader, and if she is wearing headphones, she’s probably not listening to music but either an audiobook or podcast about real estate or professional development. Tammi also enjoys skiing and swing dancing.

Tammi is a member of the Greater Boston Association of Realtors and the Greater Boston Real Estate Board.
