We decided we weren't quite ready to move to the suburbs and wanted to stay in the city, but weren't sure if that was possible for us. "I thought I should let you know how very happy I am that my granddaughter and grandson-in-law referred me to her. They are first-time buyers and she was able to get them into contract on a new home build which they closed escrow on a few weeks ago. Tammy was awesome to work with. She made many offers on my behalf and never gave up on finding me my home while keeping me encouraged. She found a new home builder, Buffington Homes, that didn't encourage bidding wars and I liked one of their floor plans in my price range so I went into contract with them. Unfortunately, Buffington sold their business to another builder, and construction on my house never started. Due to my time frame and circumstances, I decided to look again and found what I believe to be "my" house but I was in another state at the time and could not look at it but trusted Tammy enough to do that for me.
