Tammy Koen

Tammy Koen has been one of Austin’s leading real estate brokers since 2001. As a member of Elite 25 (top 1% of the industry) numerous times, Austin Luxury Network, and Top Agent Network, she has extensive knowledge of the Austin and Central Texas real estate market.

Tammy is one of the Austin area’s leading Brokers in the marketing of luxury properties as well as a valued consultant and advisor to first-time home buyers. She is known for going above and beyond for her clients and believes the key to a successful real estate transaction is open communication and a team effort with her clients. Buyers and Sellers depend on her integrity, knowledge, and experience to guide them through the process of attaining the best solution to their real estate goals. Her vast expertise includes not only existing homes but also land and ranch sales, new construction, and remodeling.

Tammy arrived in Austin from her hometown of Waco, Texas to attend the University of Texas. She fell in love with everything about Austin and is excited to share that enthusiasm with her clients who are new to the area. Her passion for the city and dedication to the community is reflected in her work with the Junior League of Austin, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Helping Hand Home for Children, Children’s Hospital of Austin Fundraising, and other philanthropic organizations. She is a member of Austin Ridge Bible Church.

In her spare time, Tammy is a marathon runner belonging to the Austin Gazelles running group and has run in charity marathons throughout the United States. She raised three sons in Central Austin where she still lives with her husband Bill. Family time is especially important to Tammy, and she is grateful that her sons and their families all live in Austin.
