About Tania
Tania Isacoff Friedland is the Co-Founder of the ATelier Team at Compass. She has closed over $1.5 billion in sales over the course of her career and has been consistently ranked in the top 1.5% of 1.6M realtors nationwide since 2019. Most recently recognized by REAL Trends as one of America’s Top Real Estate Professionals by Sales Volume in 2023, the ATelier Team was ranked the #18 Small Team in New York City and #20 Small Team in New York State.
Her professionalism and technical skills are unmatched as she demonstrates extraordinary commitment to every search, and she is always dialed into the pulse of the market. Together with an instinctive ability to distill information and a creative yet efficient approach to managing content, Tania practically redefines high touch, bespoke service at the luxury level. The majority of Tania’s business comes from repeat clients and referrals.
Born and raised in Manhattan, Tania attended The Chapin School before moving to the Main Line of Philadelphia. She graduated from The Baldwin School and returned to New York to study Art History at Columbia University. Tania shares her appreciation for design, architecture, and art with her clients throughout the process. She lives on the Upper East Side with her husband and enjoys exploring the city, traveling and spending time with her toy poodle. Tania is an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York, a Young Friend of Works & Process at the Guggenheim Museum, and is involved with various Autism and Breast Cancer related organizations. Her industry expertise has been published in national news outlets including The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, New York Post, Business Insider, Real Estate Weekly, U.S. News and World Report and has been featured on Cheddar TV.
