Tania Rivera is a full-time Realtor, business owner, and Certified Military Relocation Professional dedicated to educating and empowering her clients through every stage of the real estate process. She has helped buyers and sellers navigate a wide range of transactions across all property types and price points, including traditional sales, short sales, rehab projects, new construction, and multi-unit investments.

With over 12 years of experience in San Diego real estate, Tania brings deep market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and a strategic approach to every transaction. She is especially passionate about helping active-duty military members and veterans maximize their VA loan benefits, guiding first-time homebuyers with clarity and confidence, and supporting seasoned investors in identifying, analyzing, and securing the right opportunities.

Tania’s background includes five years with a military-owned brokerage, where she specialized in VA loans, as well as experience as an Acquisitions Manager for a private real estate investment company, where she developed expertise in acquisitions, property management, and real estate development. Licensed in California since 2014, she has built her career on hard work, integrity, education, and a genuine commitment to serving her clients at a high level.

A former collegiate athlete, Tania earned a full athletic scholarship to play on the Florida Atlantic University Women’s Tennis Team, where she received her Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Trade. She later went on to earn her Master’s degree in International Business. Her athletic background shaped the discipline, resilience, and competitive mindset she now brings to her real estate business.

Outside of real estate, Tania is a proud mom to her 10-year-old daughter. She enjoys racket sports, exploring new restaurants, traveling, and creating meaningful experiences with her daughter and partner. A proud Puerto Rican, she is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, and is passionate about using her knowledge and experience to serve her community.
