Greetings from the picturesque beach town of 30A! We are incredibly blessed to live, work, and play here, and I’d love to help you do the same. My husband, Steve, myself, and our 2 Frenchie’s journey to the area happened much like others. Moving from Raleigh, NC, we vacationed on 30A for years and always yearned for our feet to be in the sand! One year on vacation, my home builder husband was offered a job, and that’s all it took to make us pull the trigger to move to our favorite beach town. I felt like we really hit the jackpot moving here for a job. Most locals will tell you the “newness and excitement” of living at the beach never wears off; I still pinch myself after ten years when I think how lucky I am to live in such a beautiful place. We couldn’t imagine ever leaving the Emerald Coast; the pace of life is so much slower and more enjoyable than some of the bigger cities we have lived in. It’s nice just to slow down and appreciate the simpler parts of life- like riding bikes to Grayton Beach, loading the golf cart with the pups, and going down to Shunk Gulley for oysters, or hopping on the boat to catch dinner. And nothing can quite top the gorgeous sunsets and memories we’ve made with our friends and family in the sun!

I got lucky in my real estate career and landed in the perfect spot to become immersed in the 30A beach life.
