About Jason
Jason Howarthās connection to the land was shaped early, growing up in Germantown, Tennessee and spending his summers on his grandparentsā farm. Those years instilled a deep respect for land stewardship, wildlife management, and the enduring value of well-managed property, principles that continue to define his work today.
Prior to entering real estate, Jason spent over a decade in the medical device industry, collaborating with surgeons and physicians across diverse specialties. That experience refined his ability to operate with precision, discretion, and a high level of professionalism, qualities that now serve his clients in complex and high-value transactions.
Jasonās expertise is grounded in firsthand ownership and management. He has successfully developed recreational land to support thriving wildlife populations, including trophy whitetail and abundant turkey, while also overseeing income-producing timber operations. This dual perspective, both as an owner and a steward allows him to guide clients in acquiring properties that offer not only immediate enjoyment, but long-term value and legacy potential.
Specializing in premier ranch, recreational, and timberland properties, Jason represents clients who value privacy, quality, and a deep connection to the land. His approach is relationship-driven and highly tailored, ensuring each clientās visionāwhether investment, recreation, or generational ownership is realized with care and expertise.
Jason is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, where he was a four-year Division I baseball player and team captain, he brings a competitive discipline and leadership mindset to his practice. He and his wife, Laura, a Dallas native and former collegiate athlete, are raising their two children in Dallas. Outside of his professional life, Jason can often be found at the ball field with his family, coaching or observing youth sports in their community. They are also members of Preston Hollow Presbyterian Church.
