As a Manhattan broker over the past three decades, Tanner has been an instrumental part of moving real estate from Listing to Sold in an ever-changing market. He launched his career with a bang: working with ambitious early developers in the Far West Village, selling out two new buildings in the days before the Hudson River Park existed and achieved its celebrity status. Convincing buyers to take a chance on a neighborhood he had long called home proved profitable for those early pioneers; many have become friends and repeat clients over the years.

He has since moved on to other developments in other neighborhoods. Thanks to his many referrals, Tanner has been involved in the sale and resale of co-ops, condos, lofts and townhouses all over Manhattan.

His passion for his work comes from his love of architecture and design combined with a passion for people and their life stories. Buying or selling a home is about closing one chapter of your life and beginning what is hopefully an exciting new one.
