Real estate has long been part of Tanyaās world. Growing up in a family deeply connected to the industryāher grandfather, father, and uncles all worked in real estateāshe developed an early appreciation for property, negotiation, and the role real estate plays in building long-term value.
Before transitioning into residential real estate, Tanya built her professional foundation at Macerich, one of the nationās leading property owners and operators. There, she gained valuable experience in negotiations, market analysis, and transaction strategy, sharpening the financial perspective and strategic thinking she now brings to advising buyers and sellers in Los Angelesā competitive housing market.
In addition to her corporate experience, Tanya is an entrepreneur who built and grew her own consumer brand. This experience gives her a unique understanding of the priorities many clients face, particularly business owners, investors, and families balancing lifestyle with long-term value.
She approaches each client relationship with preparation, thoughtful communication, and a steady perspective, guiding clients through one of lifeās most significant financial and lifestyle decisions with care and clarity.
Tanya has also been actively involved in philanthropic and community leadership, serving as a Council Member for the Childrenās Burn Foundation and as a member of the University of Oregon Parent Leadership Council, supporting initiatives that promote student success and wellness.
Outside of real estate, Tanya enjoys spending time with her family, hiking local trails, staying active, and exploring the neighborhoods and restaurants that make Los Angeles such a dynamic place to live.
