Tanya Toledo

Highly responsive, accessible and welcoming, Tanya Toledo has a flair for building long-lasting relationships with her clients. Working throughout the Westside, including the highly desirable communities of Santa Monica, Westwood, Beverly Hills and West Los Angeles, Tanya has earned numerous awards and honors for outstanding production in the residential market.

She carefully listens to her clients, guiding them through the entire purchase or sales process, from beginning to end, to make sure that every question and concern is addressed. She partners with her husband, Mike Toledo to leverage each other’s strengths and experience, which results in providing outstanding representation and unmatched expertise.

Tanya is a true southern Californian—Los Angeles born and raised. She knows and understands the Westside communities, schools and lifestyles and assists clients in handling the many details that go into any move or relocation. Prior to her real estate career, Tanya worked for two years in the mortgage business, gaining valuable skills and experience. With a flair for impeccable client service and a desire to help people find the home of their dreams, Tanya subsequently obtained her real estate license, working successfully on the Westside and developing a high degree of repeat and referral business. Tanya and Michael were married in 2011 and their partnership focuses specifically on the Westside markets.

Tanya has developed an intimate relationship with Los Angeles accumulated over the years, having not only lived in West LA for 12 years, but also by watching her family-owned Anna’s Italian Restaurant on Pico flourish for 45 years. She graduated from Loyola Marymount University in 2001 with degrees in International Business and Finance. Tanya is fluent in Spanish.
