Tara Bolin

Tara has been helping people find their place in the Treasure Valley since 2014. Born and raised in Boise with a strong everyone’s welcome here mindset, she brings deep local knowledge without the gatekeeping. A multiple-time Circle of Excellence Top Producer, Tara pairs proven experience with positive energy, sharp strategy, and a relationship-first approach. She’s proud that her friends become her clients, and her clients often become her friends.

Outside of real estate, Tara’s life is rooted in family and connection. She and her husband met more than 20 years ago as snowboard instructors at Bogus Basin, and today they’re raising three incredible daughters in the hometown where they both grew up. Living in a city that’s changed and grown alongside her has given Tara a deep appreciation for both where Boise has been and where it’s headed. While she enjoys taking advantage of Idaho’s incredible outdoors, she’s just as happy staying in and soaking up time at home. That balance of adventure, comfort, and togetherness shapes how Tara shows up for both her family and her clients.
