Tara began her real estate career in Nashville, Tennessee, shortly after graduating from Vanderbilt University. Partnering with a close colleague, she spent five years honing her skills at a prestigious luxury boutique firm. In 2004, Tara relocated to the beautiful island of Coronado, California, where she joined Berkshire Hathaway, which later transitioned into Sotheby’s.

In 2007, Tara was handpicked as one of three key agents to sell the elite luxury property, Beach Village at the iconic Hotel Del Coronado. This $120 million project, still in its pre-construction phase, required forward-thinking sales projections and a deep understanding of high-end clientele. Tara excelled in this role, remaining as a liaison between owners and hotel management even after the sell-out due to her exceptional performance.

After her success at Beach Village, Tara joined Seashore Properties, another luxury boutique firm on the island. For seven years, she built her reputation as a premier real estate agent, culminating in an $11 million home sale. Compass took notice of her impressive sales history and recruited her to their esteemed team, where she continues to thrive today.

Tara's approach to real estate is characterized by her tireless dedication to her clients, many of whom have become lifelong friends. With nearly 80% of her business now coming from referrals, she prides herself on delivering exceptional service and results.
