"I know Tara has lots of clients and is currently working with multiple sellers and buyers but she makes you feel like you are absolutely the only client she is working for! Her time, attention to detail, knowledge around all things real estate is unbelievable. I don’t know how she manages all of it and am so grateful for her expertise.
When I saw that Tara was a negotiation expert, I didn’t quite understand what that meant. We have bought and sold seven homes over the last 20 years together and in this process she negotiated on things I didn’t even know were negotiable. If I were to add it up, in the long run, her negotiations will save us over $50,000! It is mind boggling.
