Tara Peaco has a lifelong connection to Lake Norman, growing up in Statesville then buying her first property, a lakefront condo, in 2001. Since 2013, she and her husband have called the Langtree Road area of Mooresville home, enjoying waterfront living and all that this vibrant community has to offer. This firsthand knowledge of the area provides her clients with valuable insight into the lifestyle, neighborhoods, and opportunities that make this region so special.

With a background in medical device sales, Tara has a proven track record of building trusted relationships, bringing a results-driven, client-focused approach to her real estate career. Over the past decade, Tara and her husband have also built a successful real estate investment portfolio, including multiple high-performing Airbnb properties in Asheville. Beyond real estate, Tara is a proud mom of two teenage daughters and two golden retrievers. She enjoys an active lifestyle on Lake Norman, including boating, paddle boarding, and golfing as she is a member of Trump National.
