★★★★★When I first clicked on a house and got the wave of realtors calling me Tara stood out to me because she asked about my overall wants and needs and didn’t immediately try to funnel me into something I wasn’t all about. For over a year we went back and forth from everything from location, size, turn-key or new construct, and many more options. Almost weekly to daily we would call or text day or night to talk about a house either of us found. The amount of information she had ready at a moment’s notice on any place we looked at was mind-blowing. I could really tell she is at the top of her league. When the stars aligned and we really pushed for a house, she would mold her schedule around my needs. The market demanded almost immediate response or the house would be gone and we’d be back to looking but with that, she was always ready with anything I asked. While doing showings she always had my son and my interests in mind which is more important to me than anything involved with any house. She really made me feel like I could trust her and her judgment, which is hard to find nowadays. When the day came and we made an offer it was as if we were using walkie-talkies. I never felt like I couldn’t get ahold of her and never had to wait on a reply. In this market, I was worried I would be taken to the cleaners by the seller but her negotiation skills really set me up for the better.
