A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in Journalism, Tara built her early career in entertainment, fashion, and talent management. These industries demanded precision, discretion, and an eye for the extraordinary. Years in those high-pressure environments refined her ability to read people instantly, navigate complexity with ease, and deliver under pressure. A native Houstonian, Tara’s professional journey took her from Los Angeles to Tampa before returning home to raise her daughter in the community she has always called her own. Deeply engaged in Houston’s cultural and philanthropic circles, she is an active member of the Pi Beta Phi alumnae network and serves alongside her daughter in the National Charity League. This work continues a legacy of service that defines both her personal and professional ethos.
