Taylar Shinn

I’m Taylar Shinn, born and raised in in a small town on a horse ranch in Northern California, I moved to Fort Lauderdale over 6 years ago. I run my own fitness business training clients to become healthy to gain confidence within themselves. I love helping people so I decided to get into real estate to help others in the process of moving, buying & selling their home, which is so personal and meaningful because a home is where you are supposed to love to be and feel safe in. I moved a lot when I was growing up and there were times I didn’t truly feel “at home” due to hardships within my life and different circumstances I was in. So helping my clients find a home that they can feel AT HOME at is so important to me. I truly want to make a positive impact in the Fort Lauderdale community helping others feel confident, healthy & happy through my fitness coaching business, through different events & volunteer programs, and through real estate. I am known for my high, positive energy, adventurous & active disposition, as well as my genuine & kind friendliness. I love meeting new people so hopefully we get to cross paths soon!
