Taylor Whitton

Taylor Whitton is a Colorado native who grew up in Parker and has had a front-row seat to the evolution of the Denver metro area. Her real estate career began in property management and apartment locating, where she quickly discovered a passion for helping people navigate big housing decisions. As many of her rental clients began transitioning into homeownership, Taylor saw an opportunity to expand her expertise and support clients through every stage of their housing journey- from first lease to long-term investment.

Clients relocating to or within the Denver area choose to work with Taylor for her deep local market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and transparent, education-forward approach. She believes informed clients make confident decisions, and she takes pride in guiding each person through the process with clarity, honesty, and care. At the heart of her work is a strong belief in the value of homeownership and finding a home that truly fits each client’s lifestyle and goals.

Taylor is committed to continued growth within the industry and her community. She serves on the Young Professionals Committee with the Denver Metro Association of Realtors, where she was elected Chair in 2022 and served in that role for two years. She continues to sit on the board, staying actively involved in shaping the future of the industry.

Outside of real estate, Taylor loves hosting friends, exploring new spots around Denver, and spending her summers kayaking. She is passionate about creating a sense of community - both personally and professionally - and it’s this ability to make clients feel comfortable, confident, and genuinely supported that makes her a trusted guide throughout the home buying and selling process.
