Te-Mei Lee

Te-Mei, also known as Demi by many of her clients, is loved for her personality, enthusiasm, and honesty. She is fully committed to providing excellent service and integrity to each of her clients, and she upholds a high standard of dedication in the real estate market.

Demi was born in Taiwan; she speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese as well as English. Her bilingual skills have enabled her to serve in the PTA among the Asian community. She has lived in Manhattan, Queens, and later chose to raise her two children in Jericho, Long Island, allowing her to develop keen insights into various demographics.

Demi received her Bachelor’s degree from Stony Brook University in Economics and Business Administration. Her statistical and forecasting abilities, coupled with many years of financial management work experiences, have facilitated her clients with various insights into the real estate industry.

As a trained CBR® (Certified Buyer Representative), Demi enjoys working with first-time homebuyers and existing homeowners to move up or down, depending on their lifestyle needs. She has the expertise and knowledge to represent her clients in an ethical and legal fashion, keeping their best interests at the forefront of every decision.
