Pete Brannigan, a fourth-generation San Franciscan, has been a licensed Realtor® in San Francisco since 1991. Most of those years he was based in offices located in Noe Valley, where Pete grew up. Pete has been a top producing agent in Noe and surrounding areas for decades while being a participating member of the San Francisco Association of Realtors, the California and National Association of Realtors, Top Agent Network, and the Residential Builders Association. As a proud member of the Real Estate Roundtable the last decade, he has collaborated with the Best of the Best of San Francisco's Top Realtors.

Pete is experienced in helping clients buy and sell every residential property type: vacant lots, single-family homes, condominiums, and multi-unit buildings. He has sold many fixer type properties and later resold those homes after much expansion and refinement as luxury homes. Quite simply, Pete offers a wealth of knowledge on preparing homes for sale and marketing them in San Francisco to achieve the highest net value for his clients. As a member of the Residential Builders Association (RBA), he has strong ties to the development community, which makes him a tremendous resource for buyers and sellers of developable and recently developed properties. His list of reliable and talented architects, contractors, and vendors is vast, and he offers a comprehensive knowledge of the planning and building process.

Pete has proudly served thousands of San Franciscans sell or purchase their homes and investments over the years with his unpretentious, straightforward, and trustworthy approach. Pete's dedication to service and his refreshing can-do attitude has created a large, loyal following. Pete excels in creative problem solving, contracts and negotiation, market knowledge and helping his clients exceed their expectations. His special interest in landscaping has resulted in many newly landscaped gardens throughout the City. A native San Franciscan, Pete is an alumnus of St. Paul's Grammar School, St. Ignatius High School, City College, and San Francisco State.

Silvia Zeng is a San Francisco Native and believes there is something for everyone in our City. 

She has been mentored by Pete Brannigan, one of San Francisco's most respected and reputable agents, over the last 4 years. Having been heavily involved in every aspect of The Brannigan Team's sales and operations to help clients achieve a successful sale, she is now The Brannigan Team's lead agent, continuing to provide their clients with the same top-notch service and advice that they have become accustomed to all these years.

Her father runs a successful construction business in San Francisco. From a young age, she helped her father in the office which exposed her to all aspects of real estate, accumulating knowledge about design and construction, the permitting process and building codes, and how to evaluate potential in properties. She has also built strong relationships with vetted and reliable service professionals including plumbers, electricians, handymen, roofers, and home good vendors. She understands the unique challenges that a homeowner in San Francisco faces and has the experiences and connections needed to help overcome those hurdles.

Silvia utilizes a supportive, thoughtful approach, truly listening to what clients want and need while clarifying any areas of confusion. Her priority is to educate clients and make them feel comfortable and empowered to make the best decision for their situation. Her clients can rely on her communication and management skills, intimate understanding of market trends, and sharp business acumen to tirelessly get the job done and advocate for her clients every step of the way.
