Tim Clark spent 14 years as Vice President/Managing Broker for LIV Sotheby’s International Realty and played a pivotal role in the company’s successful expansion into the Douglas County Market. Tim chose to re-engage with his clients in a more personal and distinctive way by transitioning back to the transactional side of real estate. His extensive real estate knowledge encompasses comprehensive property valuation, new home sales, construction, and finance. Tim’s journey included being a collegiate swimmer and water polo player, and he carries a deep enthusiasm for sports and outdoor activities, particularly golf, skiing, and flyfishing.

Both are major golf enthusiasts; a sport Maureen calls a “therapeutic escape” and play regularly at The Country Club at Castle Pines. They also enjoy spending time with their five grandchildren, aged 3 to 7 years old and occasionally host “Cousins Camp” ...no parents allowed!
