About Team Van Ness
Team Van Ness has been serving Cape Cod home buyers and sellers since 2000. Starting off with Jim getting his license, his focus on delivering premier service has resulted in being a top producer since 2004, averaging between 20-25 transactions per year. Even growing up all around the world as a military brat, The Cape is always where his family circled back to and it’s even where he took his first steps on the sand of Wellfleet Harbor where Jim’s grandfather had purchased a traditional Cape Cod cottage. When Jim and Leslie’s youngest child went off to college, Leslie earned her sales agents license in 2013 and thus, Team Van Ness was launched in doubling their efforts into turning your real estate dreams into reality. Leslie added a great deal of knowledge and Cape Cod expertise as a long time resident of the Cape as well as a love for helping people reach their real estate goals.
When they’re not working, Jim and Leslie enjoy spending time with their 3 children and spouses as well their 4 sweet grandchildren. They love staying active by enjoying paddle boarding, pickleball, hiking as well as taking in all the Cape has to offer in terms of local music, art, food, and coffee-where you can probably expect your first meeting to be at one of their favorite local coffee roasters.
