About Ted
Ted brings over 20 years of real estate experience to Compass Real Estate. As the founding principal of a real estate brokerage in New York & New Jersey, spanning the city and suburbs across 10 offices and managing 100 agents, Ted engaged in a wide range of residential and commercial real estate partnerships. From orchestrating single family home purchases in the suburbs to overseeing the sales, design, funding and marketing for 50+ large-scale new developments in NYC, Ted has been an integral part of the changing landscape that we see across the skyline today. Ted began his career and worked for 10 years as an equity financial analyst which became instrumental in understanding the beginnings of all real estate projects.
Born and raised in the Heathcote neighborhood of Scarsdale, Ted has ventured into the Westchester real estate market, where he harnesses his sharp analytic skills with his extensive local knowledge and personable approach to educate and facilitate his clients future decisions. Ted understands that a real estate transaction is a pivotal life decision that shapes one's future in a personal and financial way. While our home should first and foremost be a place that we love living in, the short and long term investment factors must be given serious consideration when making this important life decision. Ted continues to serve the NYC & Westchester markets along with the North Fork of Long Island where he spends his free time with his wife, children and their 2 dogs.
