About Ted
A native of Whidbey Island, Ted has lived in Western Washington since 1980 and moved to the greater Seattle area in the late 90's. He started working as a commercial framer and helped build the WA State Convention Center, multiple Microsoft buildings, McCaw Hall, and countless other Seattle landmarks. After leaving the union, Ted set his sights on the residential world and started a remodeling company working with real estate investors and homeowners alike. Having remodeled hundreds of homes over the course of a decade, Ted wanted to better serve his clients and felt the best way to do that was by representing them during the purchase and sale of their properties. In 2015 he became a licensed broker to do just that. As an expert in construction, a masterful negotiator, and with a commitment to integrity, Ted has been helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals ever since.
Ted currently resides on the eastside and loves about anything that gets him outside. His hobbies include golfing, traveling, health and wellness, and he enjoys trading options.
In his own words: "A few fun facts about me. Less than 0.2% of the human population is taller than me (I'm 6'5"). My father, mother, and I were all born on different continents, with my father as the only one born in the U.S. Even though I absolutely love golf, I'm still a terrible golfer."
