"A few years ago, my wife and I decided to sell our home in the Ridglea North neighborhood of Fort Worth. We had never met Ted Olsen before, however, his name came up as a referral so we decided to give Ted an opportunity to help us sell our home. This was our first home and the purchase was a nightmare, however, the selling was not. Ted guided us through the process and we were able to get what we wanted for the home. Fast forward three years later and we were back in the market to purchase a home. We were quite pleased with the way Ted handled our previous sale, so we naturally reached out for his expertise in locating our new home. We had moved from Fort Worth to Dallas and were looking to get back to Fort Worth. Ted sat down with us and asked all the pertinent information like what style of architecture were we attracted to, what neighborhoods we liked, what our needs were as far as entertainment or schools, and our budget. My wife and I love the Fairmount area of Fort Worth with all its options for dining and entertainment, so we began our search there. Since we lived an hour away, viewing homes posed a challenge and Ted stepped up every time. Ted was extremely patience with us as we viewed homes in Fairmount. There were a few we liked, just none we loved. While viewing yet another home in Fairmount, we asked Ted if we could add a home we saw on Zillow in Ridglea Hills. He made a call and we were able to go right over to the house for a viewing. When we pulled into the drive, we knew this was our home pending any devastating issues. We went inside and absolutely loved the place. There were some items that needed addressing and Ted felt they were all reasonable. We made an offer with some conditions and Ted did a great job representing us with the seller so all parties were happy with the end result. We love our new home and we loved working with Ted. If you ever have a need for a Realtor, we would highly recommend Ted Olsen. He is patient, accommodating, knowledgeable, and easy to work with on all aspects of the transaction.
