Teddy received his degree from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland, with a focus in Cultural Anthropology and Entrepreneurship & Business Management. As the son of music industry executives, Teddy spent many of his formative years in Los Angeles, attending concerts and hanging out in music clubs before striking out on his own as a singer-songwriter and recording artist. In an increasingly competitive business, Teddy achieved critical acclaim from such outlets as Pitchfork, Time and NPR, and signed one of the first ever large-scale publishing deals with Red Bull’s budding music division in Vienna, Austria.
As a realtor, Teddy is diligent and detail-oriented. When working with buyers, Teddy knows how to keep his clients competitive and up-to-date. As a listing agent, he is a one stop shop for the prepping, staging and effective marketing of a property. Making sure his sellers are informed and wide-eyed about feedback is key to his success. After joining the Feder Team at Compass’ Madison Avenue offices, the reach of Teddy’s network and wealth of resources at his disposal has grown exponentially. With a myriad of multi-million dollar deals under his belt across New York City and parts of the Hudson Valley, Teddy has a bird’s eye view on the current state of the market and a nuanced appreciation for the desires and circumstances of his unique clients.
