Eric is a dedicated real estate professional with a strong investment background and a passion for helping people navigate meaningful life transitions. Since 2017, he has built a national syndication portfolio of over 250 rental units, giving him deep insight into investment strategy, market analysis, and long-term value creation. Licensed since 2019, Eric also worked in asset management for the Kushner Real Estate Group, where he contributed to the management and renovation plans for Grove Pointe—an iconic residential building in Jersey City. He also runs his own company serving real estate investors across the country.
Before entering real estate full-time, Eric spent ten years as a high school science teacher and varsity baseball coach. In 2018, he was nationally recognized in Coach and AD magazine’s “40 Under 40” list for his leadership and impact. A former NCAA Division II college baseball player, Eric brings that same grit, discipline, and team-first mentality to every client relationship. He is also an active member of Compass’s NCAA Former Athletes Affinity Group.
In 2024, Eric briefly stepped away from real estate to undergo open-heart valve repair. Thanks to an incredible surgical team at Mount Sinai in NYC, he made a full recovery and returned with renewed energy—back to strength training, jogging, golf, and surfing. That experience not only restored his health, but also deepened his perspective. Today, Eric approaches each client with greater empathy, presence, and a commitment to valuing the human being behind every real estate decision.
Eric lives in Holmdel, NJ with his wife and two children. Outside of real estate, he finds joy in staying active, making memories at the Jersey Shore, and continuously learning and growing. He believes life should be lived with clarity, presence, and purpose—especially in places where community, opportunity, and nature come together.
