Tenley Gonzalez and Richard were amazing to work with, don't let Tenley's young look fool you. She was extremely knowledgeable in real estate and was quick to find an answer on a property when needed. She made sure that we had everything we needed throughout our time looking for a home. In the beginning we knew we had someone special. At our first showing with her, we were 30 minutes late because we got lost, but she stayed until we got there. She even met us to make sure we found the place. Both Richard and Tenley were patient and kind and didn't hurry us through the showings at all. They never pressured us, but gave us good advise on what we should do. Then when we found a place Tenley kept us up-to-date on what we should be doing during the escrow phase of the home buying process.
