About Tere

Tere Foster is a leading real estate Broker in the Greater Seattle area, consistently ranked in the Top 1% in the Nation with over $380 Million in annual sales and over 40 years of experience. 

As the co-founder of Team Foster with her daughter, Moya Skillman, Tere specializes in serving clients in the greater Seattle area, including West Bellevue, Medina, Clyde Hill, Hunts Point, and Yarrow Point, with a particular focus on luxury and waterfront properties.
