After 40 years in the aviation industry as a corporate pilot, I have planted my feet firmly on the ground at the most beautiful beach in the USA! Having helped my wife, Teresa, in her real estate career for many years and being a DIYer on our various rental properties, I can see the potential in your second home, rental income-producing property or your retirement dream home. Teresa and I are a team now, and we are excited to share our expertise in the real estate sales market with you. 

I began my real estate career in 2001 in Troy, Alabama. After moving to Florida in 2005, I obtained my brokers license. I worked in two states for a while, but, after my husband Mark retired and got his Florida real estate license, we knew this is where we would live and work exclusively. Throughout my career, I have worked with first time buyers, retirees, and investors. I have brokered condos, land, houses and even a church building. I love what I do and strive to meet the real estate needs of my customers. Mark and I love the beach, the lakes along 30a, biking on trails, paddle boarding and RVing, but mostly spending time with our children and grandchildren. Looking forward to working with you!
