A native of Virginia, Teresa Modlin has called South Florida her home since 1990. She currently resides in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea.
At the start of her real estate career in 1988, Teresa managed 5 real estate offices on the Outer Banks in North Carolina for Sun Realty. And later, as a Sales Associate, she fine-tuned her marketing, communication and negotiation skills while selling luxury oceanfront homes along the North Carolina coast.
Upon her relocation to South Florida, she became a Top Producer for GL Homes, where she worked for over 10 years, and in her 2nd year with them, sold over 100 homes in less than 12 months. In no other development had any other Sales Associate broken this record.
