Teri entered the real estate business in 2012 after 28 years of success as a Chevrolet Fleet Sales Manager in the automobile industry. An immediate success as a Realtor, her first listings were two New constructed homes in Downtown Huntington Beach, each which for over $1.5 million.

Teri’s background has provided her with a first-hand understanding of how important it is to be a good listener. Her ability to hone in on the specific needs of each client, whether buying or selling, is truly remarkable. She emphasizes trust and response time as two key elements to success and believes in the value of being to new ideas, as there is always something to be learned. Her motto is "Just treat people how YOU would want to be treated" It's that simple!

An accomplished equestrienne, Teri began training horses right out of high school while studying business at a local college. In addition to Real Estate, in her spare time , you may find her riding her horse Babs on Edwards Hill,  She also enjoys spending time with family, and walking her two rescue dogs Mango and Olive.
