Terrence Large

Terrence Large brings an extensive background in sales and entrepreneurship to his role as an agent with M | W | A. His clients value his impressive command of the nuances of real estate, coupled with his ability to network and negotiate even the most complex transactions.

A native of Chicago, Terrence began his career at Allstate Insurance, where he rose quickly. He was soon hired by the Federal Reserve Bank in Minneapolis. While there, he founded Connection Consulting, whose Cultural Express program was designed to facilitate the assimilation of minority employees into the Minnesota corporate culture. His client roster included General Mills, Pillsbury, Medtronic, Target and Honeywell, all of whom relied on Terrence and his team to celebrate staff diversity and generate an outstanding level of employee retention.

Seeking a new challenge, Terrence relocated to Orange County in 2015, where he has combined his knowledge of finance and real estate license to ensure best-in-class results for his clients. Terrence joins M | W | A with a commitment to leveraging his expertise across every aspect of the real estate business, and to delivering the exceptional service, communication and outcomes for which the group is known.
