Terri Flannery

Working in the Real Estate Industry since 2003, and Licensed since 2004, Terri Flannery brings more than two decades of real estate experience to buyers and sellers throughout Philadelphia's western suburbs, including Chester, Montgomery and Delaware Counties.

Terri's approach is grounded in research, local knowledge and careful attention to the details behind a property. For buyers, that means looking beyond the listing—researching property history, comparable sales, market activity, public information and the surrounding community to help clients better understand the home they are considering. For sellers, she combines market knowledge, thoughtful positioning and technology-driven marketing to present each property effectively and navigate the transaction from preparation through settlement.

Terri also has a specialized background working with older adults and their families. Her experience in senior living admissions, marketing and community relations gives her an added understanding of the decisions surrounding a later-in-life move. She works with seniors, adult children, families and their advisors on senior moves and transitions, estate and POA-related real estate sales, and situations involving memory care and dementia. Terri understands the importance of patience, discretion and coordination when a real estate transaction is only one part of a much larger transition.

Terri has pursued continuing education throughout her career in buyer representation, senior real estate, relocation and technology in real estate. Her professional training has also extended beyond traditional real estate to include Senior Living Advisor training and dementia care advocacy, giving her a broader understanding of the financial, practical and family considerations that often accompany a later-in-life move.

Combined with more than two decades in real estate and her professional experience in senior living admissions, marketing and community relations, this training allows Terri to bring an unusually well-rounded perspective to buyers, sellers, seniors and families navigating more complex transitions.

A longtime resident of the Philadelphia suburbs, Terri grew up in Haverford Township, lived for more than two decades in Lower Providence and now lives in the Phoenixville area. That personal familiarity complements the research she brings to every transaction.
