Terri Hutchinson is a licensed real estate broker in New Jersey who has enjoyed success and fulfillment in the residential market for over 20 years. This multiple award-winner has been continuously recognized for her performance, achieving the NJAR Circle of Excellence Award repeatedly, and top producer status for her outstanding service. She is a member of the NJ Association of Realtors, the North Central Association of Realtors, Garden State MLS, and the Community Associations Institute.

Terri joined Compass after working at other prominent brokerage firms as a top listing and selling realtor. Originally from Brooklyn, NY, Terri received an MBA from Boston University’s Graduate School of Management, and a B.S. in Business from the City University of New York. Besides NY, Boston, and NJ, she has lived and worked overseas in Vienna, London, Paris, and Geneva. Prior to real estate, Terri held project management positions at top firms like Deloitte Consulting, Deutsche Bank, and Chase Manhattan Bank. Her analytical-numerical mind is met by her creativity when presenting clients’ homes and offers in the best light.

A Summit resident for two-plus decades, Terri sells in her neighborhood as well as in Chatham, Berkeley Heights, New Providence, Madison, and beyond. She’s an active volunteer who is passionate about giving back to her community and a Master Gardener with the Union County Master Gardeners.
