When I list a home, it is never throw it on the MLS and hope. I am intentional about pricing, preparation, and presentation. I guide my clients step by step so homes are styled correctly, photographed like they belong in a magazine, and marketed in a way that makes buyers stop scrolling. Every decision has a purpose.

I specialize in neighborhoods I genuinely know and love including Zilker, Bouldin, Travis Heights, East Austin, Downtown, Mueller, Tarrytown, and Clarksville. If a home has character, good light, thoughtful design, or simply feels right, I’m in my element.
