Terri Neal

Terri was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, and launched her real estate career in 1994. With a strong foundation in loan processing, escrow, title, and sales, she brings over 30 years of comprehensive industry experience to her clients.

In 1997, Terri relocated to Big Bear, California, where she quickly established herself as a top producing agent. In 1998, she set a record for the highest residential sale in local history—a record that stood for a decade. Throughout her career in Big Bear, she continued to lead the market, consistently achieving record-breaking sales in multiple neighborhoods.

In 2020, Terri returned to her home state of Florida to care for her aging mother. Continuing her passion for real estate, she continued her success in SoCal staying active in the Big Bear market, while also becoming a Bi-Coastal Realtor helping her family and friends buy and sell homes in Florida. 

Now back in Big Bear, she represents a wide array of properties—from charming cabins to luxury estates—including lakefront homes, condos and acreage properties. Known for her professionalism, market expertise, and results-driven approach, Terri has built lasting relationships with clients who value her integrity, insight, and unwavering commitment to excellence.
