"I’m a late bloomer, in term of deciding to invest in an apartment. I'll be honest. I was scared when I decided to approach Terrie and the g2Team (Marius and Scott). I am not young, I am single (income),and have a limited budget. I was sure I would laughed at!! Instead I found in Terrie, Scott and Marius a very understanding group of people and professional. They totally understood my needs and often anticipated them proactively. They never second guessed what condos caught my attention, and for the sake of customer satisfaction, always showed me the pros and cons of any properties We did this until I found the one I love. Mine was a fast process but not a rushed one. It was not a monetary interest they were pursuing, but I truly believe they had my happiness and satisfaction in mind and at heart, knowing that this was a big step for me. Their commitment was proven over and over, attending countless open houses. Terrie went above and beyond in taking great care of me. She is extremely empathic in her job and has an endless network that helped me from the start to the ends. I was able to use the team’s valuable recommendations for lenders, lawyers, contractors and home inspectors. Terrie is always on top of thing and you really feel the commitment to you. You ask she helps!! No matter how late, she always promptly replies to your messages or emails. Most of all she always has a positive attitude that is extremally calming and psychologically soothing, especially in a situation such as finding the right property. I really hope that this review will help people in making the right choice if they are facing the stress of planning to buy their first property." -Amedeo, Buyer

"We recently bought our dream home and sold our previous home through Terrie, Scott, and Marius. They’re a dream team with each having complementing areas of expertise - they have deep knowledge of the market, buyers/sellers, and market trends and counselled us through our decisions. They were proactive and thoughtful and strategic and we trusted them completely. They found our dream home, a pre-market condo in a neighborhood we love. On the sale side, they secured multiple excellent offers for our previous home - even in winter! They also connected us with a team of professionals: lender, lawyer, painter, electrician, cleaners, stagers, packers, movers - it feels like a concierge service and saved us a lot of time and stress. They provided many nice touches - always going above and beyond. Terrie, Scott, and Marius were very professional and also cared about us as a family. I would work with them again in a heartbeat"
