Terry Judice

Terry J. Judice is a dedicated REALTOR® known for his extensive expertise in real estate, home design, construction, and interior design. Born and raised in Lafayette, Terry brings a strong work ethic, integrity, and compassion to his work while maintaining a keen attention to detail. He served in the United States Air Force for four years and later became an owner and partner in two furniture and manufacturing businesses in Dallas, as well as in a home building business. Additionally, Terry has spent fifteen years as a residential home designer and five years as an owner and partner in a residential architecture design business.

Over the years, Terry has received numerous accolades from Van Eaton & Romero, including the Bronze Award in 2010, the Rising Star Award and Silver Award in 2011, the Silver Award in 2012, the Gold Award in 2013, and the Silver Award in both 2014 and 2015. His active involvement in the industry is reflected in his memberships with the Louisiana REALTORS® Association, the Acadiana Home Builders Association, the National Association of REALTORS®, and the Realtor Association of Acadiana, as well as his role as a board member of the Oakbourne Estates Association.
