Tessa Cosentino

Born and raised in Malibu, Tessa’s earliest memories were running through the aisles alongside her five siblings at her family’s nursery overlooking the Pacific Ocean and enjoying time with her beloved grandmother in the flower shop.

A career in real estate was always in her periphery as she watched her mom build her business while raising her family. As she got older, she began to accompany her mom on Broker caravans and found herself enamored with interior design and the process of taking in the essence and energy of each home they toured. A natural communicator, she went on to earn her B.A. in English from UCLA before taking some time to teach and travel abroad and try her hand at the corporate world. It wasn’t long before the call of the home she so loved—and the ocean she so missed—was in the back of her mind, and she eventually found herself back in Malibu eager to join her mom as her real estate business grew.

Tessa loves connecting with people from all walks of life with all different stories, being of service, and sharing the beauty and natural marvels of Malibu with others—and real estate felt like an incredibly organic fit for those reasons. With five years under her belt now, her organizational acumen, digital communication and refined marketing skills, attention to detail and intuitive ability to read situations continue to serve her clients in finding fulfillment and freedom through the power of a purposeful sale or strategic purchase. She has since had the pleasure of being featured in GOSS Magazine’s High Rollers Edition, Angeleno’s Power Player’s Edition, in addition to being included amongst RealTrends’ Verified Agents.

Tessa loves being immersed in nature during her free time. When she’s not soaking in a sunrise or sunset or being active at treasured Zuma Beach and/or tucked away spots in the Santa Monica Mountains, she’s probably planning her next adventure to explore and marvel at new terrain.
