Due to a unique convergence of circumstances, we needed to purchase a home at the peak of a difficult seller's market. We were also new to the area, and cast a wide net to find a home. Thaddeus was already highly recommended, but we were truly impressed with the depth of knowledge of the greater Denver area he brought to every conversation.
