Prior to obtaining her real estate license, Thai worked in the legal field focusing on Business and Employment Based Immigration. In addition to her work as an agent, Thai is also a seasoned real estate investor and expert in analyzing income producing properties in both residential and commercial markets. Through her personal experience and intimate market knowledge, she has been able to identify and capitalize on profitable investment opportunities and has helped her clients build investment portfolios to upwards of ten million dollars. Thai grew up in the city of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and loves multi cultural foods and her Philadelphia sports teams. She spent many years volunteering for her local neighborhood associations and community development corporations to help revitalize neighborhoods and build a strong sense of community through education and sustainable activities. As an active member of the community, she served on the Board of Directors for the New Kensington Development Corporation (NKCDC), as well as on the Real Estate Development and Housing committees offering housing counseling support and building affordable housing for communities in need. She also helped rebuild her neighborhood’s local dog park, the Palmer Street Doggie Depot.

It is with this passion, curiosity, and love for community that Thai has decided to expand her business to the Greater Atlanta region and establish some roots as an InTown resident.
