"It was always a pleasure working with Kip Barnard as our real estate agent. My husband and I couldn't have been assigned a better agent through our bank. We were first-time home buyers and Kip made the whole process as easy as he could. At our first meeting with him at his office he walked us through the contract of buying a home which was very informative and helpful and gave us an understanding of what would be in our future. He was always available to go look at houses with us and even ones on the fly that we had not previously scheduled to see with him. He is very knowledgable about the market and we trusted and valued his opinions on everything about the process.
